Galloway Flooring Warehouse  Merchandise Return Policy

All rugs are brand new, and inspected before shipping out of our warehouse.  If, in the event you receive a rug that is defective or damaged, we will exchange it or offer a full refund, within 7 days of the delivery date. Simply contact us with your return information within this 7 day inspection period. Once your rug arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a refund of your full purchase price. We issue refunds on the day the rug is received. Please allow a few days for the funds to be posted to your account.

If damage is due to the shipping company, we will handle the damage claim. If, in the event you receive your rug and simply do not like it, you may return it up to 10 days after delivery, and there will be a 20% restocking fee. You, as the buyer, will pay the return shipping and original shipping costs.

Clearance and custom-made items are not returnable, unless there is damage or a defect. In this case, we will gladly provide you a replacement on custom-made rugs- clearance rugs are usually one-of-a-kind. Rug pads/cushions that have been opened may not be returned for credit.
